StyleSelector
MS Word is a so called ‘style-driven’ application. This means that you are supposed to format your documents using styles. In practice, almost nobody does that because most of us do not know what styles are, how they are created or modified and, more importantly, how they are applied in an MS Word document.
Most probably you are not using styles (yet) or not to their full potential. However, using styles does really make sense. Styles allow you to format your MS Word document much faster than you currently do. Also, modifying a document formatted with styles is much easier than a document formatted without styles. As an additional benefit, once your organisation uses corporate styles, all your and your colleagues documents will look exactly the same (corporate identity).
Chances of document corruption are considerably lower if you’ve used styles. And with our DocumentRepair tool a corrupted document is repaired in mere seconds.
The OCMC StyleSelector allows you to apply every style in your document with one single key. Whether it is numbering, indentation, size, fonts, etc – it does not matter. With the StyleSelector applying a style to a (range of) paragraphs or characters can be done in a split second.
