Often there is a need for repeating texts in a MS Word document. This can vary from a few words to several pages. MS Word has a function for this, called AutoText. However, most people do not experience this function as ‘easy to use’. AutoText are individual and cannot be shared between users, AutoTexts’ abbreviations need to be remembered and can sometimes ‘corrupt’ documents.
